Global Young Innovators Initiative
Parks Automotive Body Shop Business
Our mission is simple, but clear, help businesses in developing communities burst onto the world stage. Due to poor advertising and social media presence in Nigeria, companies often find themselves in a bind to spread word of their services to others in there area. Our team will create a Facebook and Linked In account for the small business so that they can promote their business and look more professional to bigger companies. Radio, is a big medium for information to be spread to the masses, so we will reach out to the broadcasting stations near by to help push their message forward. In addition, we will be doing our best to help expose these businesses to bigger corporations, that can lend them a helping hand in a sponsorship or partnership. The biggest form of projection for any businesses is undoubtedly their logo. It is how people remember them, and is often times the first thing they see when entering the business, so our team will be devoting time to help create a simple but effective emblem that becomes the face of the company. We are dedicated to the success of our partners and will stop at not to ensure their success.
See how each day at the summit we are gaining new skills to assist our business partner and transform lives.

How We Are Transforming Automotive Body Shop Business
And Changing The World
Here at Parks Auto body, we created a simple system with critical and necessary tasks. With our concentrating centered on Advertisement, Apprenticeship, and Acquisition, we strive to reach our goals that will help Adewale’s business for the future. To help with the field of advertisement, we drafted a new logo that will represent Adewale’s Panel Beating Workshop. The logo will be featured on a variety of products such as bumper stickers, business cards, flyers, and t-shirts for employees. To create more a personal touch side of the business, we plan on utilizing Adewale’s databank of customer’s information stay in contact with the past employees. To further expand Adewale’s apprenticeship program, we implement a program to hire young technicians in training. The technicians with more experience are the teachers until the novices are masters themselves. The new workers will work part time to help during peak hours to alleviate the pressure on workers and create more business. To help cut down costs in buying parts for service, we are removing the middlemen by using a direct connection with local Toyota and Honada dealershops in Bauchi to provide the parts. With the goals being implemented, we hope the increase business and revenue will allow Adewale to further expand his business in Bauchi, with more workers, a larger customer base, and more success.
