Galilei Soap/Detergent Production Business
Our mission, as a team, is to improve the lives and businesses of entrepreneurs in developing countries. We strive to aid in both financial and organizational problems that may arise during the business’ encouraging future. As a team, we aim to go above and beyond the conventional and set new standards to ensure the success of our business. Our business, the Nigerian soap making company, is looking for our help to emerge and progress for the continuing future.
The entrepreneur, Falilat, is looking for solutions for her packaging and advertising issues. We will help reduce costs and to solve her problems, ones that haven’t yet been discussed. We use a culmination of thorough research and in-depth discussion to formulate proposals to impress our business associates. We will find ways for Falilat’s business to become more popular in her area through facilitated promotion of the product and reusable packaging systems. By solving these problems, we are simultaneously helping Falilat expand her profits and employment throughout her community. All of these resolutions will be found by our reconfiguration of the normal ideals and innovative conclusions.
Every functioning team needs a set of core values that hold them together throughout their endeavours. We pride ourselves on putting the business associate first. That being said, we always utilize the associate’s vision when looking for efficient solutions. To achieve our goal of fully assuaging the entrepreneur’s concerns, we will keep communication amongst coworkers and the business completely open and judgement free, allowing for all ideas to be discussed as viable implementations. Lastly, our group will function with a common bond and sense of unity. We are all working towards the same objective: to completely transform the problems of a business into effective solutions. This sense of unity will allow us to remain on the same path towards success.
We, as a whole, believe that in aiding Falilat and her soap making business, we will be aiding the entirety of the community. We believe that Falilat’s product has the capability to greatly impact her surroundings, and we are honored to be a part of her drastic difference.
See how each day at the summit we are gaining new skills to assist our business partner and transform lives.

How We Are Transforming Soap/Detergent Production Business
And Changing The World
Three short days ago, team Galilei soap making, was fortunate enough to be introduced to a hard working and inspiring woman named Failat. Failet has a soap making business in Nigeria that she is looking to expand upon. Through conversation with Failat, we learned about her dreams for her business. Her selfless dream is to expand nationally, along with internationally, and ultimately employ more people in her community. We decided that in order to expand it, it would be neccessay to create a logo for her business, innovate her packaging, and begin advertising to her community. We collaborated on a logo with our business associate that has emotional appeal to Failat, as it contains the three initials of her children. This logo will serve as her main logo for all of her new products. We also created two different types of packaging; one type that could be used for hotel/personal sales, and one type that could mainly be used for hospital/mass production. These types of packaging will allow for her product to appear more professional to customers, along with make the transportation of her product more practical. Also, this new form of packaging, if implemented, will create diversity in Failat’s products, along with reducing her costs. Lastly, we decided to advertise Failat’s products through both business cards and posters. After complete research of Nigerian culture and lifestyle, our group decided on these two forms of marketing, along with designs for both types. These solutions would help Failat’s business grow towards her dreams for success. Along with this, our group developed multiple small solutions to her smaller problems, such as fragrance and color of the soaps. If she choses to implement these smaller ideas, her business could differentiate itself from its competition even more. We feel immensely grateful for the opportunity to work with such ambitious entrepeneurs and hope that Failat’s business, whether with our solutions or not, will continue to grow and expand as she wishes.
