Academy of the Redwoods
International Business Alliance Program
Remember waking up in the morning and smelling your favorite homemade meal from down the hall, and knowing that it was going to be a great way start to the day, that is the experience that Rabi wants to create for everyone she caters to. Everything she makes is homemade with extra love and care.
Our goal is to have Rabi’s business become more well known, help her to learn new pastries and dessert recipes, and get her an easier mode of ordering and transportation. We plan on creating a logo, slogan, and a business name as well as looking into new advertising strategies. Also, we would like to provide her the tools she needs to learn more techniques in the culinary business as well as more recipes; particularly presiding to desserts and pastries, and finally get her a way to transport all of her food in her own vehicle. We are looking forward to learning more about Rabi and her business and hope to make an impact in her life that will enable her to be the best that she can be.

Story of the Business:
Rabi graduated from secondary school 3 years ago and decided to learn how to make some pasteries from her elder sister instead of just sitiing at home idle. She wnted to learn these to make some income for herself and make the best use of her time while waiting for admission into school. Since then Rabi has been baking meat pie and donuts and sometimes cakes for various events. Rabi is the last born of her family. She lives with her parents and has 4 elder ones. She has always enjoyed being handy so, learning how to bake came to her easily. She is excited at teh opportunity of a future in catering and is glad that Leadership Initiatives will help make this happen for her.
Rabi see this as an opportunity to rprovide exceptional services for the people of her local community. And possibly train some young ladies in the future.
