Story of the Business:
Yogurt’s role in the Nigerian diet has created a high demand for the product in many Nigerian communities. Rachael capitalized on this demand by opening up her own yogurt production business, which has began to earn a strong reputation. Zainab is a very driven young lady who is passionate about business. She always seeks ways to stand out from her competition. She is learnt about yogurt making while she was doing her Industrial Training (Internship) and she became very interested in going into the business herself. She has always sought ways to take care of herself without being a burden to her parents, rather she seeks ways to bring additional income to the family. Her business has given her this opportunity.
Zainab plans to employ at least 2 young people to work for her, thereby giving them an opportunity of employment and also to support her family with the income she makes, thereby helping her parents with her sibling’s welfare.
